Dear ISTROLLER----I have become cynic after 50yrs of Independence. The mediocrity is the mantra, in every sphere. a Few people rise above them. Corruption or commission is driving force. We have Central ministers , who are accused in scam and murder cases. Only For This the freedom all those freedom fighters fought?---Regards----Chanchal
